Important pair of high-backed baroque style armchairs, richly carved and worked in the style of the Venetian sculptor Andrea Brustolon (1662-1732). The seats are based on four arched legs decorated with volutes, terminated by dolphin heads and joined by an "X" spacer. The armrests are supported by Nubian carriers and topped with elongated putti.

Some light chips, hands of the figures glued together: restoration estimate on request.
